tiny bathroom weak water pressure
the staff was accommodating.
I found several issues with my room. the bathroom was tiny and lacked counter space. It also had no fan, inconvenient. i showered in lukewarm water with very weak water pressure, quite disappointing. additionally, logging into the wifi required a call to the front desk for a password, a process i found odd.

amazing stay downtown
ample space organized closet convenient ironing board central location
my room offered ample space for luggage storage I found the closet to be well-organized with hangers and shelves the provided ironing board and iron were convenient for garment care the in-room safe was easy to operate adding to my peace of mind. the hotel has a central location with easy access to nearby attractions the canada line station is close simplifying airport transportation the area felt safe and walkable at all hours the hotel's proximity to shopping districts was a definite plus.
i noticed the elevators could get quite busy during peak hours sometimes resulting in a short wait

the hotel is conveniently located near many shops. it. the staff promptly provided an adapter for my devices, very helpful. the front desk offered me an early check-in. this was great because my room was ready when i arrived.
the absence of a hot tub near the pool was slightly disappointing

I had a one-night visit. the hotel was comfy. i really loved the shopping nearby too. the service was great. Fairmont gold is the only way to go!!
The check-in was seamless! though i found the parkade that they lease was full. the owner decided to paint several levels of it. It was inconvenient

decent stay, some issues encountered
heat mode light fixtures
the location was great. it was close to many attractions.
the room was very warm during my entire stay. i was told on the last day that fans could be provided or i could change rooms. the hotel's fan system was sadly still on heat mode, despite it being spring. light fixtures along the headboards weren't working too.

Decent location.
broken mirror little protection
the location was convenient for walking to the cruise ship terminal.
i was disappointed in the room the tv needed repair the first evening and i wanted to use the ipad but internet access cost fifteen dollars i received a free password from the front desk magnifying mirror was broken the following morning the room provided little sound protection from outside or the hallway also the hot tub was closed
